Job Description :
- Radio Optimization of 2G/3G and 4G mobile networks with strong focus on troubleshooting and KPIs improvement.
- Analysis of KPIs, L3 signaling procedures and improvement of network
- quality and capacity problems.
- Preparation of internal and external reports regarding Radio Network
- Performance.
- Presenting the performance monitoring/follow-up reports to the required
- group when asked for.
- Required to assist Special Event planning and provide remote and/or on-site support.
- Daily monitoring of the radio performance and identifying the Problematic
- sites/Areas.
- Handling radio-related customer escalations and requests.
- Interface with internal and External work groups for All Radio related RF.
- Supports Customer Care regarding complaints from subscribers.
- Experience on statistics handling using Business Object, EniQ
- Require familiarity with Mapinfo Nemo Outdoor measurement tool and Actix Analyzer post analysis tool.
- Experience with OSS tools [MRR, RNO (NCS, NOX and FAS].
- Experience with RND tools (Tems Cell Planner and Universal,Tems
- Investigation/Nemo)
- Knowledge on frequency planning to assure good voice and data quality in the network.
