Job Description :
We are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client. Our client is a is a leading global property and construction consultancy.
The client's Quantity Surveyors are responsible for

• managing costs and budgets of construction projects(including new builds, and maintenance works – from early cost advice to settlement of the final account)

In this role, you will support projects from a variety of sectors to give you a diverse experience however we have a particular focus on:

Requirements

• Must have a degree in Quantity Surveying
• Must hold MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders). Candidates that are working towards completing the MCIOB will be considered.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience(Residential/hotels/commercial)
• Must have consultancy experience
• Must be willing to work at a remote location
