الوصف الوظيفي
- Observe the warehouse storage areas and shelves in terms of cleanliness and tightness to safely hold the products.
- Manage the Space and capacity of the warehouse and send daily report to the Operations Manager of space availability
- Observe the unloading of products from and to transportation vehicles in careful and systematic manner (differentiate products and lot numbers)
- Inspect inbound and outbound products in terms of visual condition, packaging, marking, handling and storage instructions
- Check the reports of Temperature date loggers for shipment (inbound & outbound) and warehouse and keep the loggers for one calendar week from arrival then dispose them in an environment-friendly manner
- Prepare accurate Visual Inspection Report (VI) for inbound and outbound shipment supported with sufficient photos and share with Senior Quality Office on a daily basis
- Report, alarm, and follow up with Senior Quality Officer and Quality manager in case of damaged/non-conforming products, troubles in warehouse, temperature control, troubles in incoming product TM, or any situation may affect the safety and quality of products or staff
- Review customer requirements provided by the warehouse team (SQO, or sales coordinator) for outbound shipments in terms of product codes, lot numbers, quantities, packaging, expiry, markings/stickers, pallet type and size, TM for transportation, documentation file for customers to ensure shipment compliance to requirements
- Carry out final inspection of outbound shipments prior dispatch and sign the Pick and Checklist for final release
- Follow up the implementation of WH Hygiene and Security SOPs and ensure all forms are maintained and updated in a timely manner
- Oversee weekly warehouse supervisors stock count and audit (Full inventory) in the warehouse
- Observe the transportation vehicles in terms of cleanliness, foreign materials, odors, cooling system, temperature monitoring system (TMS)
- Assist the Finance and WH team in the inventories and stock count
- Any other task as requested by the management
المهارات
- Bachelor degree in business administration or similar field
- A Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality preferable in a warehouse
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication, Arabic is a plus
- Knowledge of Warehouse quality standards (QMS is a plus)
- The ability to work in a multicultural environment
