Opportunity description
Zain Jo is looking for a fresh graduate to join the Consumer Business Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

Participate in analyzing concepts produced by Commercial functions, to identify new products, services, or process requirements, in order to complete the product development life cycle from providing doability, preparing proper documentation, and following up till the product reaches the ready-to-go live stage.

Facilitate the communication between different functions in the company by acting as a liaison between the various business units of the company, technology teams or units, and the support teams with regard to business scoping and requirements.

Manage the relationship with partners and vendors in terms of setting clear business requirements and agree on clear and proper cycles according to the business scope agreed with the product owner.

Suggest new ideas for products, services, and initiatives that will decrease churn, maintain customer retention, and increase customer acquisition, and communicate them with the team.

Following up on the item's delivery and aid the department project manager by escalating the delays or issues.

Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Keep up to date with technology trends that may help the company in providing new services, reducing costs, or enhancing the customer experience for the customers.

You must have:

in Engineering (Telecom, Electrical, Computer, and Industrial) or any IT major.
Soft skills:

English proficiency in reading and writing.

Research and reporting.
