As our Engineering Advisory Lead, you will:

Be a leader for our Industry X colleagues within our Engineering Advisory practice and mentor junior team members on the team to support them grow
Help shape, sell and deliver projects that create tangible value – including current state assessments, seeing opportunities to increase efficiency, and developing solutions, business case and roadmaps to achieve the right value led outcomes for the client
Design future ways of working – operating models, business functions and processes, and technology, whilst working closely with business and technology strategists, process owners and subject matter experts
Apply deep financial acumen and propose innovative value creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability with plans that are detailed, actionable and reflect Accenture’s deep industry, IT, and business process acumen
Construct and execute opportunity plan, including win themes, win tactics & action plan, relationship plan, deal shaping and price-to-win
Review solution plans, cost models and written proposals as appropriate to ensure alignment with value propositions and deliverability

Preferred Skills & Experiences

6+ years of proven success in large scale (international) digital transformation projects, with cross-functional skills in business strategy, operating models and business process design in the areas of Smart Connected Solutions, Smart Cities, Digital Twin or Product Lifecycle Management
University degree in business administration, engineering or equivalent
Ambitious team player with demonstrated leadership potential, who is digitally minded and can successfully combine analytical skills & business acumen
Experience in consulting team delivery and team leading roles with a track record of managing and delivering projects successfully on time and on budget
Strong and current Knowledge of the IoT market and either Smart City or Product Lifecycle Management and traditional (mechanical, electrical, systems) engineering processes
Ability to analyze clients’ strategy, operating vision, business imperatives and capabilities
Ability to design business, operating and delivery models associated with traditional product engineering organizations using Digital Technologies
Ability to analyze the existing design & architecture, assessment of existing enterprise landscape (application, data, integration and security)
Has sales support experience with new clients or growing existing clients with experience in business development support, RFP response and consulting services sales
Strong, well-structured communication skills, both written and oral skills, English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus

You have an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
You enjoy being on the move, visiting clients and partners for meetings and workshops
You are Saudi-based or willing to transfer to this emerging country
