Provides leadership and oversight for all construction execution activities for theBrownfield scope of work.
This position will cover management of all the Contractor's execution activities as well as reporting and review of technical documentation.
Act as the owner of the following construction processes: a. Construction planning and coordination with stakeholders b. Construction execution c. Construction completion and handover d. Site management e. Construction readiness f. Construction turnover to Operations.
Hold the Contractor accountable for project delivery and performance to the terms and conditions of the contract.
Recognized degree in engineering or construction management, and or prior work experience leading to a thorough understanding of the knowledge requirements.
Minimum ten (10) years experience in a relevant field.
Proven leader of teams. Knowledge of Lifting, Rigging, Coating & Insulation, Scaffolding, Civil & Structural, Buildings and E&I.
Strong understanding of the execution sequence and challenges of brownfield multi-discipline construction and associated steps to avoid operational disruption.
Experience in major Construction Projects with total capital expenditure USD$1B
Middle East experience an advantage.
