Your Job Duties
Front-Line Training is a training program with the potential for a full-time job. Are you an interested job seeker Opportunity to be hired by a leading retailer Do you have a passion for working in the fields of retail, beauty, fashion and gifts If so, please consider the next opportunity. The Front Line Training Program is an eight-week program that starts every two months. Front-line trainees are provided with real value-added training while working in various areas of our business.
Front-line training is a knowledge-based program in partnership between the Chalhoub Group and its affiliates in Riyadh, Kingdom Saudi Arabia. This program is designed with the intent of attracting a diverse pool of talent to entry-level candidates who are ready to perform, enabling them to gain experience, raising their level of knowledge, and preparing them to take on permanent roles within the Group's stores.
Elements Your success
. Holder of a high school diploma or certificate.
. No prior experience is required.
. Stable in Riyadh and able to move.
. Ability to analyze and solve problems
. Effective oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English
. Passion for learning and growth
. Customer focused approach
. Strong competence and desire to work in the field of beauty and fashion.
