الوصف الوظيفي

The primary function of the Executive Secretary’s job is to provide principal secretarial and office management support to the Senior Management.

Job responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Follow up on monthly reports with concerned departments
  • Act as point of contact between Senior Management and other internal and external clients
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • Take, type and distribute minutes of meeting when required
  • Maintain schedules and calendars
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Handle incoming mail and other material
  • Setup and maintain filing systems
  • Operate office equipment
  • Manage office supplies
  • Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager

المهارات

  • Minimum 08 years of experience of working as a Executive Secretary to higher management
  • Bachelors' Degree from a recognized University
  • Knowledge and working experience with MS-Office
  • Good experience in preparing reports and presentations
  • English language proficiency
  • Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Professional and approachable
  • Time management
  • Stress tolerance
  • Self-motivation
