Executive Secretary
الوصف الوظيفي
The primary function of the Executive Secretary’s job is to provide principal secretarial and office management support to the Senior Management.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Follow up on monthly reports with concerned departments
- Act as point of contact between Senior Management and other internal and external clients
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
- Take, type and distribute minutes of meeting when required
- Maintain schedules and calendars
- Arrange and confirm appointments
- Handle incoming mail and other material
- Setup and maintain filing systems
- Operate office equipment
- Manage office supplies
- Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager
المهارات
- Minimum 08 years of experience of working as a Executive Secretary to higher management
- Bachelors' Degree from a recognized University
- Knowledge and working experience with MS-Office
- Good experience in preparing reports and presentations
- English language proficiency
- Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
- Excellent interpersonal skills
