Job Brief:

Responsible for promoting, cross-selling, and up-selling Umniah’s products and services through various communication channels. Also, responsible for generating sales leads for sales teams, in addition to maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to promote Umniah’s new /existing product and services using redefined scripts.
  • Enter call type coding, customer data, and tracking information accurately and ensure maintain an up-to-date database.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Umniah’s products and services in order to meet customers’ expectations and reply to their inquiries.
  • Handle customers in a professional and efficient manner taking into consideration the objectives and KPIs.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell Umniah’s products and services through advising customers on other products and services offered by Umniah to fulfill their requests and needs received through calls.

Tools & Systems:

  • Sales Pipeline.
  • CRM System.
