Job Description

Job Purpose
To deliver insights on Gulf Bank consumer trends And current market trends in order to grow Consumer Banking Business & Market Share in Kuwait .
Job Accountabilities

Design and Develop Reports for monitoring business and measure performance Vs targets
Assist in providing insight and analysis of consumers profile and behavior on all bank&rsquos products and services.
Provide campaign/segment/sales managers with statistical data and analysis to support business
Support Marketing Promotional Activities
Support execution of Operational Activities by generating relevant reports for call to action
Apply data mining techniques, perform statistical analysis, and build prediction models from the available data
Identify system discrepancies affecting the quality of data Areas of enhancement within the BO Universe
Enhance quality of reporting based on feedback from stakeholders
Improve reporting technology to support timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
Liaise with IT for system enhancements / system fixes etc.
Liaise with IT to maintain consistency of data in Data Warehouse

Key Performance Indicators

Timely and accurate generation of MIS reports / Analysis
High quality insight into GB consumer trends
Effective support to campaign and segment managers
High quality presentation of information and data
Compliance with operational procedures and instructions, risk policies

Education / Qualifications:
B.S./M.S in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or relevant field.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of customer insight techniques and methodologies Knowledge of data management and extraction processes. Knowledge of BO and consumer banking&rsquos data structure is an advantage.
Experience:
3-7 years
Generic & Specific Skills:
Basic knowledge about database and data manipulation programing tools and languages such as Tableau, Power BI,R, Python, SQL
