Description
– Manage BDC’s digital platforms (social media, YouTube… etc.)Producing engaging content for various channels using creative tools.
– Uploading content onto our platforms, and answering queries.
– Editing, updating, and reporting on our events Calendar to make sure the key events and achievements of BDC are publicized effectively.
– Monitors and analyzes current events, public opinion and digital innovation, identifies issues and trends, and advises management on appropriate action/responses.
– Acts as a focal point on the development of campaign concepts and guides other team members.
– Producing engaging content for various channels using creative tools.Updating BDC website and supporting team members to input and update copy, images, and videos.
– Creating and coordinating for campaigns on social media,Providing analytics data on our social media updates and producing clear and engaging reports to be shared with staff and management .
Requirements
– BS degree in Public relations, journalism, marketing, or a relevant field.
– 1-5 years of experience in managing social media platforms is preferable.
– Excellent English and Arabic proficiency for both oral and written communication is required.
– Ability to write and edit press releases in both Arabic and English.
– Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships and coordinate all areas of responsibility with the organization staff.
– Excellent knowledge of public relations best practices, brand management, and media strategies.

Description
• Manage the implementation of the project within the identified timeframe. • Direct and instruct the field officers, follow up with them on the implementation plan on daily bases, and provide the proper administrative, managerial support and supervision to the team. • Coordinate with M&E, Marketing and Accounting based on the project deliverables and requirements • Supervise and evaluate the execution of activities in line with expected deliverables, the work plan, M&E plan and communication plan to ensure quality and timely project delivery and risk mitigation • Reporting and Coordination with partners. • Coordinate with stakeholders of the project • Build a good relationship with the volunteers and stakeholders • Develop and promote success stories of the beneficiaries and highlight their success at our PR channels that complies with the donor guidelines and regulations. • Manage the allocated budget of the project • Provide the VP with timely reports and progress concerning deliverables , achievements and activities.
Requirements
-Past experience with international organization such as the UN or other donors is preferable . -Experience in local economic development, employability and vocational training with the ability to assess and evaluate projects in the different governorates of Jordan. -The ability to develop powerful project presentations and reports. -Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills -Leadership and team building qualities and experience.    -A university degree in management or industrial engineering or a related field.
