Quanto Bello has over 35 years❜ experience in interior design, costing analysis, joinery and upholstery, project management, construction and project fit out. Quanto Bello began as a small shop fitting operation and quickly grew into the first choice service provider for joinery and fit out in the retail and catering industries in South Africa. The company then introduced a design division and rapidly grew in project scope. The business secured work in the U.K, USA, Dubai, Bahrain, India, Mali, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Botswana, Angola and a number of other African countries.
- Solving technical aspects in relation to the project design and execution, from the contract signature to the hand over, managing both company and subcontractor's resources. Supervising the coordination of different stakeholders present in the projects, resolving any incidence
- Defining future project needs regarding the technical office resources to manage the different project parts, divided by the Procurement Department.
- Reviewing the Project technical documentation.
- Detecting risks and opportunities for future Project execution.
- Managing future redesigns

المهارات
· Must have at least 10 years of experience as Technical Manager in Fit-out Projects for High-rise buildings/ 5 star hotel projects
· Have in-depth Knowledge in the calculation of structures, fire regulations, facilities, hand drawing, technical and acoustics
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Architecture
