الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Keeps track of inventory items to ensure availability of required material in optimum quantities at which the operations can be carried out without disruptions.
- Continuously reviews and analyses inventory levels, recommends updates and avoids excess in the replenishment of stock or parts.
- Reviews all replenishment stock requisitions to optimize the overall inventory holding and achieve the set targets without affecting operations as per set-maintained levels.
- Liaises with Supply Chain Planning Manager to receive direction and approval on the planning of the material procurement process to ensure compliance with the department requirements.
- Identify and prepare a list of potential vendors stating the pros and cons of each and share with the Supply Chain Planning Manager to receive approval.
- Coordinates with department heads to understand department requirements and develops plans for the procurement of the required materials in a timely manner ensuring smooth execution of operations.
- Analyses prior material requirements and forecasts future needs to plan for the replenishment of goods.
- Analyses the current supply chain process and recommend measures for enhancement with regards to cutting costs, controlling, and replenishing inventory, etc.
- Prepares reports on a continuous basis to report on logistical activity, including stock planning, stock allocation, inbound and outbound operations.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience:
- 0-3 Years of related experience.
