Solution Customer Support Specialist

As the Solution Customer Support Specialist with Hilti, you will be responsible for managing Hilti customers ON! Track contracts from start to end, ensuring all information is captured and formalised accordingly, in order to provide an excellent customer experience on every call.
In addition, you will conduct activities to maximize the customer experience, bonding, and loyalty through the resolution of customer complaints, initiatives to identify and eliminate the root cause of customer complaints, and handling direct customer feedback. Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring customers Master Data quality maintenance through reliable and efficient data entry.

What you need is

  • 3 to 5 years preofvious Call Center or Customer Service experience
  • Previous experience in a sales environment and/or freight tracking
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience with enterprise software SAP experience is advantageous
  • Advanced computer skills, including strong experience in Microsoft Excel
