About Our Client
A large industrial joint venture business based in Jubail in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Job Description
- Lead strategic HR projects for the business, including transformation and managing talent
- Business partner with the CEO on HR best practice, new initiatives and transformation projects
- Lead a team of specialists in talent, reward and training – building and developing the team as needed
- Implement and drive employee engagement strategy
- Work on organisational design and company structure, implementing changes where necessary
- Focus on talent management and succession plan projects
- Manage administration and general services team
The Successful Applicant
- Industry experience from an Industrial environment such as Oil, Chemicals, Engineering or Mechanical is necessary
- Experience in a joint venture company would be highly desirable
- Saudi Nationals only can apply
- At least 10-15 years generalist HR experience, a large proportion in a management role with team leader experience
- Strong leadership qualities and proven experience handling challenging stakeholders
