Senior Head of HR – Saudi National

About Our Client
A large industrial joint venture business based in Jubail in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Job Description

  • Lead strategic HR projects for the business, including transformation and managing talent
  • Business partner with the CEO on HR best practice, new initiatives and transformation projects
  • Lead a team of specialists in talent, reward and training – building and developing the team as needed
  • Implement and drive employee engagement strategy
  • Work on organisational design and company structure, implementing changes where necessary
  • Focus on talent management and succession plan projects
  • Manage administration and general services team

The Successful Applicant

  • Industry experience from an Industrial environment such as Oil, Chemicals, Engineering or Mechanical is necessary
  • Experience in a joint venture company would be highly desirable
  • Saudi Nationals only can apply
  • At least 10-15 years generalist HR experience, a large proportion in a management role with team leader experience
  • Strong leadership qualities and proven experience handling challenging stakeholders
