We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager who will be a part of the Projects team. You will play an integral party in the growth of one of the regions leading luxury and fashion companies, Al Tayer Insignia.

About The Role
To plan and manage the execution of retail finance projects from inception to completion by effectively managing stakeholders and resources to ensure completion of the projects within the scope, budgets and timelines in order to meet communicated objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver and manage the full project lifecycle from planning, requirements gathering, design to implementation and go-live
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget with adequate resourcing and vendor management in place
- Ensure effective Stakeholder management for each project to ensure all relevant stakeholders are adequately engaged to support the achievement of the expected project outcomes.
- Manage program and project-level risks, actions issues and decisions (RAID), implementing effective mitigation action plans and escalating any high priority concerns to the Head of Finance and Senior Leadership in a timely fashion.
- Prepare project execution plans in consultation with stakeholders in order to accomplish the project objectives within constraints of time, scope and agreed budget
- Lead, manage, guide, and motivate people engaged in the project to work to their best capabilities and promote smooth working relations within the team to achieve business results effectively.
- Manage communication, including periodic review meetings and reporting to all stakeholders, and ensure that an escalation process to higher management is in place and carried out.
- Ensure that changes during project life cycle in relation to scope, timelines, and budgets are validated, communicated, and approved by relevant stakeholders through established change control mechanisms.
- Develop SOWs/RFPs, evaluate, select and manage consultants/vendors and ensure execution of projects within agreed time and cost, as per agreed contracts to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Participate & support Head of Programme Management & Governance, as and when required, in the development of Project Plans and Procedures that will allow the Finance strategy and direction
About You
- You ideally will have 8-10 years of experience, including 6+ years of relevant Project Management experience
- Experience in corporate and/or tax accounting and/or financial operations highly desirable
- Experience with ERP implementations desirable – Retail sector experience a plus
- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in Business/Finance
- Certified Project Management (PMP / Prince 2)
