This position is responsible for the representation of the institution in the community through promoting public relations and the visibility of the College in the local community, and shall support the functions of the MARCOM within the College. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop PR campaigns to build College brand equity, and promote the College to the community as aligned by the supervisor
  • Supports all departments in the College in media coverage and PRs
  • Collects & maintains College press coverage, press information on competitors and topics related to the College, and analyzing it.
  • Plans & Manages events to promote College.
  • Attend Public/ Community events to promote the image and the value of the College.
  • Provides the public with information about the College and upcoming activities and events.
  • Provides promotional material for visitors and the public.
  • Manage administrative activities including invoicing and event setup

المهارات

  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and with interruptions.
  • Experience managing and handling outsource vendors and agencies.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic in both written and verbal form
