International Freight Analyst – Level Shoes
Job Description
This position focuses for Import and export shipment movement, the execution of shipping services and compliance documentation activities required for in/out-bound shipping activities (B2C and B2B).
Core Responsibilities:
- Improvement on overall B2B and B2C shipping module from operation and cost perspective
- Reduction on lead time of delivery and collection for all international shipment.
- Improve shipment flow process between all fulfillment location to optimize Group Hubs capacity across GCC
- Managing the relationships between shipping merchants, tenders and negotiating freight charges
- Monitor B2C and B2B shipment movement and support with necessary documents based on requirement.
- Reconciliation of freight cost (Duties and vat) and cross verified with TMS system.
- Liaising between Customer care, ops and shipping companies to resolve any complaints.
- Preparing shipping quotes for customers and necessary reports for respective department.
- Supervising the loading and unloading of shipping vessels and executing stevedoring activities.
- Determining the most efficient methods of shipping and routes for cross border shipments.
- Processing shipping paperwork for all B2C and B2B shipments.
- Guide operation staff to enable effective Air/land-based product shipping.
- Periodically review lead time of shipment delivery and collection to take necessary action accordingly with respective stakeholders. (Customer care, Store team, couriers and Trading etc)
- Expedite VIP delivery and collection process for Omni-channel customer.
- Verify and submit all courier invoice to finance for final payment.
- Maintain transit damage/lost records and coordinate with respective courier until claim is completed financially.
