الوصف الوظيفي
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee and coordinate with client on HSE planning and execution issues during all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Review and comment on contractors HSE plan and reports.
- Prepare site audit reports, make and follow-up on recommendations.
- Develop and conduct HSE training per work site and client requirements.
- Implement HSE personnel competency assessments. Monitor the safety performance of construction management team and contractors on site.
- Participate in internal safety reviews and site audits/inspections. Prepare site safety reports.
- Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and quality management system (QMS) requirements.
- Witness testing as required by the contract and the job specifications and submit reports on the testing that was witnessed.
- Prepare non-conformance reports and assist in developing corrective actions.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
المهارات
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Must hold a B. Sc. in Engineering from a recognized university or college.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing all HSE matters on large to mega infrastructure/building programs.
- Must be fluent and be able to effectively communicate in both spoken and written English.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Has experience in airports (aerodrome) industry. GCC experience is preferred.
- Additional certificates or qualifications in Health and Safety would be preferred.
