Food Quality Control – Admin
- Overseeing thorough and detailed monitoring of food safety and quality of all Vital Food Co. operations and products reporting to the management team.
- Gather and accurately implement all ISO 2200 Food Safety documentation and procedures within the facility and operation.
- Create and apply a complete HACCP plan for all Vital Food Co.'s current and upcoming products.
- Train and supervise the production and packaging team on all necessary food safety procedures and quality requirements.
- Monitor and verify all daily receiving, storing, production, packaging, and dispatch characteristics are up to Vital Food Co.’s quality standard.
- Responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure all staff and facility are operating under ISO 22000 standards and prepared for annual certification audits.
- Safeguards all areas, work surfaces, walls, floors, chillers, and equipment are up to hygienic and sanitation standards and well maintained.
- Enhance or solve any arising product or operational process.
- Coordinates with suppliers, appointed lab, pest management, or any other service providers concerning the matter.
Administration Assistant:
• Assist the management team in effectively planning day-to-day tasks i.e.: organizing, and maintaining files and electronic paperwork neatly and communicating and scheduling with suppliers, clients, or others by email and or phone.
• Prepare purchase order invoices and products from the chiller to be ready for the driver to deliver and manage inventory (chiller and dry storage).
• Input all expenses, purchases, sales, and production invoices in the company-specific software to generate required data.
• Gather and present monthly sales, cost, and production data by the customer or specific party to the management team.
