Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handling Cases through E-Mail with the Client
- Problem Solving
- Support customers through e-mailing and web chatting.
- Create and promote an environment that fosters both individual and team advancement to ensure the outstanding delivery of customer service.
- Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's reception of the expected distinguished service.
- Solve Customer's technical issues.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work quickly, finishing projects accurately and on time.
- Excellent English is A must.
- Commitment and consistency
- High Typing Speed in English
