We are looking for an organized secretary to perform administrative tasks as well as welcome guests and clients to the office. The secretary is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings.

To be successful as a secretary, you must be able to multitask. A good secretary has excellent interpersonal skills as well as administrative experience.

Secretary Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Quotations and Purchase Orders.
  • Keep records of carpenters’ materials used for each job;
  • Requisition materials for carpentry;
  • Keep records and compiles reports of work performed by carpentry crew;
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence and forms.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.

المهارات

  • Must have Secretarial background in Operations of Carpentry Workshop.
  • Have Knowledge about the workflow in Carpentry workshop.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptation to change and high honesty in responsibility
  • Prior experience in administration would be advantageous.
