Job Description

Our Client
A high growth luxury lifestyle experiences company have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Talent Acquisition to join their team based in Riyadh, KSA.
Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure business sustainability through securing best fit candidates in line with the approved policies
  • Set the annual manpower plan for the group including all the required details (number of vacancies, phasing, nationality, gender etc) through collaboration with business heads
  • Manage and maintain the Saudization and diversity percentages through the application of different programs, initiatives, and events to ensure compliance with governmental requirements.
  • Develop and manage the onboarding process to ensure the alignment with corporate branding, proper organizational awareness.
  • Set the employer branding strategy in line with the corporate strategy including all the branding activities and initiatives
  • Participate in the development of the HR department strategy and core projects to include best practices in line with the corporate strategy.
  • Develop the department SOPs, policies, procedures, processes, structure and SLAs to ensure the effectiveness and standardization of the department operations.

Your Qualifications

  • University degree is essential with at least 8 years relevant experience within recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Experience in handling senior executive vacancies, as well as a high volume of junior-mid level requirements
  • Experiend in managing a team, manpower planning, including running Saudiasation campaigns is essential
  • Experience in the F&B/Hospitality sectors is an advantage, but not essential
  • Only Saudi nationals can be considered for this opportunity
