The Department of Bioengineering at
KFUPM
is seeking to fill several faculty positions at all professorial ranks, with potential candidates showing ability and desire for excellence in both teaching and research. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in the following bioengineering disciplines:
• Bioengineering
• Biomechanics & Kinesiology
• Biomedical engineering
• Biomechanical engineering
• Biomimetics

Job Responsibility:
Ability to teach courses related to, at least, one of the following:
Bioinstrumentation, Biomimicry, Bioengineering thermodynamics, Biomechanics, Transport phenomenon in Bioengineering;
and also, ability to carry out research, and supervise both undergraduate and graduate students.
Compensation & Benefits:
Two-year renewable contract. Competitive tax-free salaries based on qualifications and experience. All

Clinic; end-of-service gratuity after two (2) years of continuous service. The

Qualifications:
Applicants must have an earned Ph. D Degree from reputable institution, strong record of published research, experience in supervising research of graduate students, relevant teaching experience at the university level and have teaching and/or industrial experience in the respective areas.
Candidates with established research and teaching credentials Toxicology, Cell Biology, Molecular Genetics and Biochemistry are encouraged to apply and may be considered for a senior faculty position or chair professor
