Direct and Lead Engineering and Quality department teams to achieve excellence in Engineering and Quality performance, against KPI’s related to Cost, Schedule and Quality.
Lead the successful delivery of the preliminary design and statutory procedures during pre-construction project development phases.
Manage day-to-day operations of the engineering team
Coordinate with the Portfolio team on project review requests
Assign project work load to the different disciplines team members according to project requirement
Endorse team’s assessment of project reviews, highlighting key issues that need to be critically addressed from a technical perspective
Administer best engineering practices by implementing procedures and guidelines to ensure that highest engineering standard is achieved.
Salary bracket – KD 1800 – KD 2000

المهارات
Must have minimum 15 years experience in Power / Water plants
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Must have worked as Engineering Manager for minimum 10 years
Hands on Knowledge of working directly in a plant environment with good understanding of plant processes and operational needs
Must have good experience in design of RO Plant and distribution pipe lines, preferably having experience in ARAMCO projects.
Must have excellent communication skills in English
