Summary
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
2. Translates business requirements and end user feedback into user centric designs, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mock-ups.
3. Conducts user research via various methods, such as interviews with users/stakeholders, competitive analysis, online surveys, and focus groups, to learn about KFSH&RC users and their behaviour, goals, motivations, and needs.
4. Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design concepts to continually monitor and enhance user experience.
5. Performs metrics analysis post-launch to measure customer and end user response/feedback, interpret captured data and qualitative variables with actionable plan, if required.
6.Understand business metrics, strategies and needs and translate these goals and objectives into positive and uniform digital experiences.
7. Creates user personas identify key user groups and create representative personas of their behaviours and demographics. Use the personas to make in-depth scenarios, a day-in-the-life of a persona, which shows how the organizational solutions/products fit into the user's daily routine.
8. Follows all Hospital related Policies and Procedures.
9. Participates in self and others education, training and development, as applicable.
10. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education
