Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full time employment. Program duration is 6 months long period of training. We are intended for graduates who have bachelor's degree, and that have not been employed during the last six months.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
The program will develop the general skills of the hired with on-the-job knowledge and experience. You will work on:

  • Handling HRDF projects ( Hadaf & Tamheer).
  • Monitor all Gensuite process related to GEMTEC Gov. documents and make sure all documents are up to date by coordinating with PRO team.
  • Handling and preparing all awards related to staff or hourly employees & recognitions, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Logistic support, for all GE leader visits, customer visits, lunch, reserve restaurants for business meetings, coordinate one on one for GEMTEC leaders with GE Head quarters leaders.
  • Handling GEMTEC calendars and diaries (yearly).
  • Handling and updating all GEMTEC Inclusion and Diversity activities.
  • Handling GEMTEC newsletter in quarterly bases.
  • Arrange the slides for all hands meeting then follow up with the action items from each department.
  • Taking care of hourly birthday roundtable with GEMTEC SCM in a monthly basis.
  • Follow up with all ministries and get the new regulations and share it with the PRO team in order to be up to date with the new policies/regulation related to the business and employees.
  • Activate Yammer with the achievements or best practice done by PRO.
  • General Admin support for SCM and PRO.

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:
During the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks where he/she can develop his/her Leadership Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him / her to the work environment.

  • Student in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Sciences, CIS , HR degree or similar degree from an accredited university.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Should have very good command on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses func tional teams.
  • Displays willingness to work in harsh environments on as needed basis.
  • GOSI and MCS records indicate that the applicate has not registered for any job during the past six months.
  • Should not be currently employed.
  • Good usage of Microsoft software.
  • Should not have previously participated in Tamheer.
