The Successful Applicant
Key prerequisites include:

  • Talent Acquisition experience in Shipping/Commodities industry of Minimum 3+ years, COMPULSORY.
  • Open to international experience
  • Excellent communicator with great people skills.
  • Exceptionally analytical and strong organisation skills.
  • Strong in the use of web based tools and social media
  • Great use of initiative to drive ideas and process refinement throughout the business
  • Strong stakeholder management and recruitment process advise to line managers
