Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist who will focus on talent sourcing, candidate identification, networking and relationship building with potential candidates, attending networking events, and will introduce and monitoring recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities :

• Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
• Manage applicant database and tracking system
• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
• Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end

Skills

BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field

2-3 years of Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for both Jordan & KSA

Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

Proficient in MS Office;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Strong ethics and reliability
