Job Description

Summary
Responsible for all activities related to Engineering Management Projects from initiation through execution until the final stage.Essential Responsibilities and Duties
2. Designs and recommends modifications based on predictability, cost, and component technology factors.
3. Provides technical direction for research and development programs to enhance production methods, and reduce costs.
4. Develops methods and programs to predict, track, and report production costs during the design anddevelopment of projects.
5. Studies contracts, specifications, bids documents and assesses the technical options.
6. Assists in cost estimation and continually analyses design variables.
7. Ensures final products meet needs as defined by concerned projects.
8. Identifies and keeps abreast of new technical concepts and markets.
9. Designs testing procedures and coordinates testing to identify problems and solutions.
10. Conducts on-site inspections of work in progress to ensure compliance with all recognized standards and contract specifications.
11. Performs progress monitoring and quality assurance reviews and inspects completed projects.
12. Prepares the necessary design for concerned projects including transformation projects, as requested.
13. Studies and builds new business cases and initiates the require packaging for projects.
14. Prepares the technical specifications, bill of quantities, and initiates the bid documents.
15. Plans, designs and implements an overall risk management process for projects, and submits progress reports as needed.Education
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related Engineering field ( Electrical, Mechanical,etc.) is required.Experience Required
Seven (7) years of related experience with Master's, including three (3) years at a managerial position or nine (9) years with Bachelor's Degree is required.Other Requirements(Certificates)
Saudi Council of Engineers license is required.Saudi National Only.
