Sales Manager of Outdoor sales team.Fixed salary and mainly commission based on achieved sales
- Analyze sales price of market for different items.
- Plan sales forecast, and achieve target to set for the salespeople.
- Map potential customers and generate lead for the company.
- Promoting Brands and guiding the marketing team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiate sales contract.
- Presents sales history and defines future strategies for salespeople and items.
- Daily report of sales.
- Classify Market information and present to Directors.
- Supervise and overlook sales people activity and guides them on daily basis
المهارات
Experience in wholesale distribution market mainly hypermarkets, Retails chains, Department stores, etc..
Has and Maintains good relationship in the above markets.
Be able to add target customers to expand companies customer base.
Able to define untapped target markets.
Able to present what items are needed by the market or customers.
Driving license is required.More than 10 years managerial experience in the market.
Experience in UAE Market.
