Job Title: Wealth Specialist
Job Band: ENBD.Associate.M

Job Purpose:

Priority Banking manages affluent customer relationships, providing a full range of products and services to meet their needs. Priority Banking is a unit within the Retail Banking division and manages 350K wealth customers.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and building-up Retail Wealth Management (investments and Bancassurance product) business across the Retail Bank (PRB, BuB, and PSB). Manage client advisory process through client profiling, model portfolios and sales process for investment, and Bancassurance products, Implement cross-sell initiatives to increase investment and Bancassurance product penetrations within the Retail Bank portfolio. Assist team of Relationship Managers in client meetings and providing complete end to end service to develop investment/Banca business.

Specifications

A. Education:

University or Graduate Degree or comparable education/training
Language: English, while knowledge of regional languages is of advantage
MBA is of advantage
Level 3 CISI (ICMIM) is mandatory

B. Experience:

3 years of similar experience in other banks or wealth management institutions
Experience in selling
Experience in investment product management of at least 3 years
Experience across a wide range of Banking areas, e.g. Retail, wealth management

C. Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
Supervisory ability and experience; effective communication skills both orally and in writing.

D. Behavioral Competencies:
