We are constantly growing and are currently looking forOne (1)Quantity Surveyor (E&I) to join a top qualified and knowledgeable team of Engineers in our newly awarded project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

What you will need to do:
- Quantity Surveying capabilities in Site Progress Evaluation / Measurement of installed quantities (quantity take off), Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Marine equipment's, insulation, painting, fire proofing & structural works..
- Estimating quantities and cost/prices (unit rates/cost of labor, equipment & materials), it includes preparation of cost/valuation sheets, back charge invoices.
- Review and approved subcontractors draft invoices for payment and re-measurement of works quantities
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized/ reputed University.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years work experience as Quantity Surveyor (Electrical, Mechanical Civil Marine etc.)
- Fluency in English and preferably Arabic
- Computer literacy, proficient in computer skills including use of MS Office
What it is nice to have:
- Working experience onMEP based project as a Quantity surveyor.
- Ability to recognize contractual obligations of both company and its subcontractors.
