Overview

We are seeking a PAN (Process Automation Network) Administerial to join the SAF Technical Support Division (STSD), under Northern Area Technical Support Department (NATSD).

NATSD provides engineering support for the Northern Area Oil Operations with specialized engineering and technical knowledge to maximize profitability and meeting highest standards of safety and environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:

Perform administration of Plant Networks and Systems including but not limited to: Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Servers, Operating Systems
Ensure the reliable and secure operation of the process automation system infrastructure
Monitor plant systems and networks for secure operation and acceptable performance
Promote Cybersecurity awareness amongst all plant's personnel
Participate in Events related to Plant Network Security such as but not limited to the following:
Risk Assessment Review (and Recertification)
Compliance Assessments
Maturity Assessment
Cybersecurity Internal Audit.
PCS Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan (Review and Recertification)
PCS OIM Review (and Recertification).
Users Access Authorization Review (and Recertification)
Hardening Procedures Review (and Recertification)
Network Drawings Review (and Recertification)
Firewalls’ Rules Review (and Recertification for both IT and DMZ)
Handle, maintain, and fix all the end points issues in cybersecurity tripwire automated system
Participate in projects review cycle and provide the required technical support during the commissioning and startup
Install and configure new process automation network system components
Perform software upgrades, backups, restore procedures
Work in Onshore and Offshore facilities

Minimum Requirements

Candidate should:
Hold a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,Electrical Engineering,Electronics Engineering or advanced professional engineering degree in related field
Must have a Minimum of 15 years of professional experience performing similar roles and responsibilities in oil and gas industry or similar process industry
Experience must be recognized as being capable of solving technical problems of Process & Control Systems Networks.
Must have a deep knowledge of International Cybersecurity Standards and Specifications,Engineering practices, Design Details,International Codes and Standards,Project Management skills
Must have a Knowledge base of the latest developments in networking technology through work experience, conferences, seminars and professional journals.
