Reports to: Principal
Provide direct administrative and clerical support to the principal in all school operations.
Should be able to coordinate and liaise with all school personal, parents and external agencies.
Must be highly competent in secretarial tasks, maintenance of records, and creating reports etc.
They should have a comprehensive knowledge of the school curriculum as well as the regulations that govern schools such as KHDA compliance.
The Principal's Secretary manages the school's main office and interacts with staff, students, parents, and the community on a regular basis.
(Preferably experienced in School environment).
Qualifications:
Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree.
Special Knowledge/Skills: Thorough understanding of school operations, Strong organisational, communication, public relations and interpersonal skills. Must be excellent English speaking and writing Skills and the ability to work under stress.
Ability to coordinate campus support operations Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction. Ability to coordinate campus events, implement policies and procedures.
Experience: 3 to 5 years experience
