Overview:

Support Functional Managers in business transformation to build mobility solution in their respective areas. Document solution and integrate it with the business flow, document scope for the implementation partner, internal teams, design user interface / user experience solution. Delivers the solution in with collaboration with implement partner and internal team as per solution design. Implement best industry practices which ensures value addition, flexibility, accountability and security.

Responsibilities:

Lead to complete project tasks as per project specifications and time lines i.e. requirement gathering, solution building, built solution, User Testing, go-live / rollout. Ensure project deliverables are met and new solution adds value to the organization.
Lead smooth project rollout in collaboration with functional managers with no loss of revenue post project implementation.
Ensure timely support to business users for issues of related applications and avoid loss to the business.
Provide design for mobile user interface to ensure usability, navigation and consistency in business flow.
Ensure selection of appropriate hardware which suites the business needs and is most economical to procure and maintain.
Explore all opportunities in the business processes to implement mobility solution in collaboration with functional team. Support to build road map on mobility solution.
Submit post solution deployment analysis on projected vs actual returns.
Build mobility solution and hardware environment which ensures security from malware, data leaks, spams, breach of authentication, device theft etc.
Implement and setup support system to ensure user experience excellence.

1. Demonstrate good knowledge on development and implementation of mobile applications for business users, customers and consumers.

2. Demonstrate good supervisory skills to provide operations support within SLA

3. Demonstrate good Analytical & problem solving skills

4. Demonstrate exceptional customer handling skills

5. Demonstrate good knowledge on configuration and usage of mobile equipment and Printers

6. Preferred to have good understanding of business processes in CPG industry

7. Should possess technical knowledge to guide developers to build custom objects.

8. Demonstrate sufficient Written and verbal communications

9. Logical thinking, Self-confidence and innovation

10. Willing to travel to remote locations as and when required

11. Demonstrate good knowledge on implementation methodology

Qualifications:

Bachelor in Computer Science, Master in computer is an advantage
Experience: at least 5 year – preferably 7 years in implementing and supporting mobility solutions

Skills:

Hands on skill to develop / maintain mobile application to be used on enterprise and consumer mobile devices.
Strong knowledge on integrating mobile solutions with other enterprise applications and reporting tools.
Should be able to design and guide the development on the mobile user interface UI design.
Have sufficient knowledge on building secure mobility solutions related to spamming, data leak, OS Vulnerability, Encryption, Authentication, Patching, Device theft, etc.
Good level of command on mobile hardware and software Testing procedures
Bilingual Arabic/English is a plus.
