Facility Engineer
Supervise the facility support services by monitoring facility staff, property tenants, vendors, and contractors. Oversee maintenance and cleaning work orders as well as other services to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. Handle any event of a facility emergency by activating facility emergency action plan.
Electricity Technician
Install and maintain wiring and lighting systems and inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers. Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance to identify and repair electrical problems.
AC Technician
Provide skilled service in the installation, repair, operation, and maintenance of Air Conditioning (AC) equipment and systems at various stations of the facility.

- Ability to work independently or within a team.
- Ability to handle emergency situation.
- Adhere to safety practices and handling hazardous materials
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Engineering degree required for Engineers plus SCE Membership
- Diploma required for Technicians plus SCE Membership
