Package is: $130,000 – $160,000.

Our company has been providing products and technical services for the construction industry since the 1980s. It has offices throughout the Middle East. The Managing Director will report to the shareholders and will work with the broader senior team and branch managers in different countries. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– The development of strategies for growth

– Cost-cutting in less profitable areas

– Management of staff to ensure their potential is properly utilised and their time is used as effectively as possible

Skills

The successful applicant will

– Have a proven track record of leading a company to growth, ideally but not necessarily in the construction industry

– Be willing to travel regularly to meet with staff in the various branches and customers as well as suppliers in the various countries
