Role Summary:
Responsible for full on-boarding process for all riders.
What’s On Your Plate?
∙ Responsible for training (on boarding & regular training).
∙ Documenting all training activities.
∙ Assessing the effectiveness of training through testing, review of audit results & trainee feedback
∙ Ensures & improves quality of riders (behavior, appearance).
∙ To assist on rider equipment and local inventory management.
∙ Having a report for all riders inventory.
What Did We Order?
∙ Bachelor's degree in logistics or any other related field.
∙ 1-3 Years of full time experience in training (not necessarily driver training).
∙ Flexibility.
∙ Ideally experience in inventory management.
∙ Ability to work under pressure.
∙ Fluent in both languages Arabic and English.
∙ Communication skills (Written and Verbal).
∙ Excel Skills.
