JOB PURPOSE (الغرض من الوظيفة)
The high-level overview of what the job is required to do
- Planning and monitoring
- Supervising logistics & Warehouse.
- Control materials.
- Maintenance team.
Duties:
- Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
- Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and site services.
- Control materials in and out of site
- Organizing warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
- Responsible for all logistic arrangements and for securing all the needs of site
- Responsible for anything related to drivers , delivery , and shipment
- Plan site set-up to move labour, plant, and materials around site efficiently (eg site accommodation, scaffoldings, housing, motor, security, temporary services, material delivery and waste)
- Responsible for relocating the workers and material to projects
- Responsible for all aspects and needs of manpower and staff
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to insure the delivery of all the material and workers to site on time
- Implement ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
- Responsible for Maintenance team
- Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
- In charge to arrange and provide any missing material or urgent occurrence on site

Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Business Administration
Knowledge
- Manufacturing industry
- Language Proficiency
- English (fluent)
- Arabic (advantageous)
Technical Competencies
- Driving License
- MS Office Suite 2017 – Intermediate level
- 7+ years of experience in construction companies
- 5+ experience in GCC

Experience:
