الوصف الوظيفي
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries over the phone, using remote software, or via email.
• Respond to email messages for users seeking help.
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
• Walk user through problem-solving process.
• Ensure that physical desktop connections (e.g., RJ45 ethernet jacks, connectors between PCs) are in working order
• Liaise with Service Desk / Desktop support team in London and get a clear understanding on the ways of working, how to handle issues locally and when to escalate them
• Assist with meeting room setups
• Onsite Printer Support
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Clean up computers.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Liaise with Regional IT on Support Incidents
• Install computer peripherals for users.
• Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.
المهارات
- Education: Relevant Degree in IT
- Any IT Certifications (Desirable)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Proactive, hands on and a strong sense of motivation
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to successfully work on several tasks at one time
- Flexible, adaptable and a cooperative attitude; able to work as part of a team
