20 – 30 yrs UAE, execution of Roads, Railways, Telecommunication, Sewage, Airports & Power, schools,& Universities, Hospitals, drinking water facilities, Banks, Residential, High-Rise Towers, malls, Housing
Software :Civil 3D, WATER/STORM CAD/HE-HMS,HEC-RAS,MS Project,ETABS,SKETCHUP,AUTOCAD,PRIMAVERA6,SAP2000,REVIT,AUTODESK 3D MAX,
acquisition of infrastructure projects
defining tasks and timelines, coordinating across departments, managing budgets & ensuring timely delivery
project oversight that includes various construction industries like Infrastructure Pipeline Works (Potable Water piping, wastewater, irrigation Force Line & Automatic irrigation excavation, pipe laying, pressure testing &disinfection), Chilled Water Piping & Pipeline, DCP Plant ETS Room Piping works
Collect, present performance information related to infrastructure projects
engineering design plan preparation, calculations, cost estimating, report preparation/studies, regulatory permitting, field inspections/site visits, attending client meetings, develops & supervises the creation of Infra engineering designs for large and mega infrastructure projects that meet customer quality requirements and international as well as Local Authority regulations such as DM, DEWA -WD, SEWA, ADM, ADSSC, SMDD, DCD, for obtaining Detailed Design Approvals, Network Approvals, Consumption utilities demands, Building permit approvals, DCD approvals, NOCs
Check calculations prepared by other engineers and sub-consultants where applicable.
supervise construction engineering work & provide technical expertise
Collaborates with construction management to eliminate any hazards associated That may adversely affect the environment or safety / health of employees.
Provides resolution for technical engineering problems within the assigned discipline(s)
Ensures that materials received meet specifications & establishe standards quality.
Participate / attend Client/stakeholders'meetings,
Ensure Sequence construction activities & critical path method to make master project program (mobilization/schedule/resources)
Study the Contract Documents, construction drawings, technical specifications & BOQ
Prepare resources for execution (materials, manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and vendors)
control construction activities progress deliverables (schedule and equality, safety, cost, plan & project objectives) are met.
