Position Title: Head of HR
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family medical insurance, and cellular card
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A well-resourced and technology driven agribusiness investment organization based in Abu Dhabi, supplying the fresh produce to major markets of UAE.
Job Description:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection and onboarding process ensuring legal compliance
- Support current and future business needs through HRMS Implementation , and the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization to nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance while working on maintenance of pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
المهارات
Qualifications:
- 55 years old and below
- Master Degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience as Head of HR from Heavy Manufacturing /Retail / Construction / FMCG Manufacturing / Agriculture
- Handling 500+ employees
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
