Job Description

Summary
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
2. Advices and consults on the application of effective strategic planning techniques.
3. Acts as intermediary between the end users, developers, government entities, and higher management to achieve the Engineering Projects Management Group's goals.
4. Prepares outline scope preparation of the project, Creates conceptual design development, and Initiates business case development.
5. Initiates the development plan, which includes the master plan, short/long goals. Ensures the Planning & Strategy team produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports as needed.
6. Creates the Planning & Strategy policies, producers, IPPs, and standards. Incorporates innovations in KFSH&RC procedures and practices. Creates the necessary KPI's for the Planning & Strategy.
7. Evaluates project process and recommends improvement as applicable.
8. Monitors and analyze industry trends and market changes.
9. Handles the creating of case studies, rezoning, site plans, space management, and any other related matters.
10. Prepares the needed budget plan for the Hospital related to the project of Engineering Projects Management Group projects and Utilities & Maintenance for the short, medium, and long-term. Education
