Introduction:
On top of the standard GSM sites, company deployed micro layer sites named small & Pico cells.
Such solution is intended to provide coverage and capacity at some deep indoor locations. The SCs are backhauled to the company’s network, through the building infrastructure (OLT, and AC power sockets).
In order to ensure the maintenance and connectivity for those SCs & PCs, the company is looking for qualified FLM technicians resource to carry out the below scope of work.
Scope of work for Maintenance and Connectivity of Small cells & Pico cells sites
1. Maintenance of the SCs& PCs
• Fault trouble shooting of the small cells / Pico Cells
• Preventive maintenance (site visit) to check on demand
i. Site temperature
ii. LED visual inspection
iii. Check general wear and tear of the equipment
2. Documentation
a. Fault documentation
b. Maintain a record of hardware changed
c. Maintain a record of site visits
d. Maintain a Small cell/ Pico cell layout that shows small cells/ Pico cell location at various location
3. Patch cord and fiber tie cables replacement
– Replacement of defective patch cords at GSM sites (up to 50m length) 4. Ability to carry the MW sites PM and inspection, performing the Line of Site activity during new site integration or link optimization

Other Qualifications:
– Every technician should be equipped with a valid driving license
– Ability to carry on modules up to 30 Kg weight.
– Transportable ladder to reach some mall mounted SC equipment
– Having experience on Radio Ericson BSS O&M will be very useful for our network operation
