Job Description

Our client is a digital media platform, experiential marketing and events technology specialist and as part of their growth in the region we are recruiting a UAE experienced new business development manager to join their team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be accountable for developing new business opportunities with large and medium scale enterprise organizations, government institutions and marketing agencies to exceed revenue targets.
Role Summary

  • Source, prospect and close new business opportunities regionally and internationally to exceed revenue targets.
  • Create outbound sales campaigns for lead generation and winning new business.
  • Sales presentations, respond to RFPs, write proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Proactively manage the onboarding of new clients.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years’ new business development, sales, client acquisition and account management experience in the UAE / GCC in digital media, events technology or experiential marketing.
  • Proven experience in building long term strategic partnerships.
  • Strong commercial and financial business acumen.
  • Proficient use of CRM, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
  • Fluency in English -must be able to read, write and fluent English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree
