Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business context and processes, gather and analyze business requirements and uncover gaps and areas for improvement.
• Communicate with senior leaders and other stakeholders and facilitate meetings and workshops to gain an in-depth understanding of critical information.
• Use data modeling and analysis to deliver logical conclusions and insights.
• Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.
• Synthesize clear takeaways and effectively communicate the findings and decision intelligence to management and stakeholders.
• Write compelling reports and project deliverables.
• Establish trust-based relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor to them.

المهارات

Other Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong data-driven analytics skills.
• Good knowledge in building reports and giving presentations.
• Strategic and structured mindset.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Knowledge of other data analytics tools is a plus.
