الوصف الوظيفي

Job Purpose

Manage all aspects of the body shop in order to ensure achievement of customer enthusiasm, owner loyalty, and goals related to volume and profit

Main Tasks & Accountabilities

  1. Responsible for the coordination and utilization of all body shop staff in order to provide a prompt, reliable, and efficient customer's cars repair, up to the highest standard.
  2. Monitors the performance of his area, to make sure the targets set by the management are being met and, identify reasons these targets are not met.
  3. Responsible for resolving all problems that create unsatisfied customers in his area and, report any case beyond his capacity to his superior, in order to take the proper action on time.
  4. Responsible for GM recall campaign completion and the implementation of CSI program especially, all parameters related to the body shop performance.
  5. Monitors the work distribution among the teams, on the basis of promised date, priority, and workload in order to improve the workflow, productivity, and customers satisfaction.
  6. Submits reports regularly to his superiors, concerning staff promotion, dismissals, or other measures to be taken, to upgrade the performance standard.
  7. Responsible for keeping his area, equipped with the proper hand and special tools, by maintaining an effective and continual inventory system and, reports any necessary item to his superior on time.
  8. Responsible for keeping all body shop's equipment in a good condition, through the maintenance technician, report any case beyond his capacity to his superior, for taking proper action on time.
  9. Ensures that the company's disciplinary procedures are enforced by monitoring all related rules, and taking the proper action, according to the private sector labor law, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  10. Coordinates with Regional Service Manager the training needs for his staff and, arranges their transportation, to the required destination as necessary.
  11. Coordinates with paints & body equipment’ suppliers the training performed by those dealers for his staff and, arranges their transportation, to the required destination as necessary.
  12. Reads all GM technical bulletins and information, in order to make sure that all team leaders are convening and explaining the same to the technicians, for better service quality and repair speedy.
  13. Authorizes all warranty and internal vehicles parts requisitions, in order to minimize the cost and to eliminate any possible waste by wrong diagnosis or miss judgment of the technician.

Background Knowledge & Experience.

Required Education Level

  • BA of Engineering / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical

Work Experience

  • 8-10 years in a car dealership, knowledge of modern w/systems.
