Assist in Business Development/ Marketing/ Sales
Assist in Recruitment and all related activities
Follow and maintain the Master Document Register
Monitoring, analyzing, and documenting all information gathered during sales calls
Update team thru Master Log on the status of projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor
All duties assigned by your immediate Supervisor related to Administration duties
Sales Call / Marketing Calls
In and Out processing of reports/ documents as required by the team.
Strong Knowledge to draft technical Letters & Emails
Maintain and manage electronic and hard copy documents as required
Maintain updated records of all documents
Ensure that All documents are properly archived on the server.
Preferably Filipina
